Bicycle Safety Workshop

This safety class is provided by the East Bay Bicycle Coalition.
Who: Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Adults. Walk-ins/Public are welcome.
What: Classroom Workshop. No Bike Required.
When: TBD 9:30-11:30 AM
Where: YLTC, 1001 Davis St., San Leandro, CA 94577
Cost: Provided free by the East Bay Bicycle Coalition. Scouts - $5 at the door for a participation patch.
The East Bay Bicycle Coalition provides free bicycle safety classes year around. This class, Urban Cycling 101 is a two part class with the part one classroom workshop portion being covered in this session. Part two, the road class portion, availible seperately throught the EBBC, provides an on-road, on-your-bike practice session.

The cycling committee's main responsibilities include the year-round activities tailored to the local council's cycling activities and opportunities including training, program, advancemebt, safety and attraction, development and retention of cycling leadership. |
